Train for today. Stay capable for the long run.

Long Run Hybrid Coach is an Intervals-first, device-agnostic coach for athletes who run and lift. It maintains one current 28-day direction from the training evidence you already sync, then writes only workouts you explicitly approve.

One current plan—not a folder of stale plans.

Training changes when life changes. A missed run, a completed lifting session, or incomplete recovery evidence should affect what comes next. Long Run Hybrid Coach reconciles planned work against identity-backed activities and updates one current direction.

1

Run and lift together

Running and strength share the same week and recovery budget. Strength is not an afterthought added to a running plan.

2

Use actual evidence

Completed activities and available wellness signals inform revisions. Missing or stale evidence remains unknown—not zero.

3

Approve every write

You review the exact workout before publication. The product writes only workouts it owns and reads them back to verify delivery.

How it works

Connect Intervals.icu. Your wearable or training app can feed Intervals.icu; the coach works from the evidence available there instead of requiring one watch brand.
Review one current direction. The coach combines your recent training, available recovery evidence, goals, and schedule into a 28-day direction and current week.
Approve before delivery. Nothing is written to your calendar until you review the exact proposal and confirm it.
Verify what can be observed. The product verifies that Intervals.icu accepted and returned the workout. Downstream synchronization and presentation depend on the athlete's device/app path and are only claimed when separately verified.

Status

In development. Long Run Hybrid Coach is a personal GitHub project, not a company, maintained by an independent developer in Taiwan. Its Intervals.icu OAuth application has been submitted, and supported AI interfaces are being prepared. Garmin is the current dogfood device; other device paths are being evaluated independently. Availability and features may change as the product develops; there is no public signup yet.
