Support
Most of what people would write in for, you can do yourself inside the conversation you already have with the coach — and sooner than anyone could do it for you. Start there; the rest of this page is for what is left.
1. Do these yourself, now
- Get a copy of your data. Ask the coach what it holds about you. The archive arrives in the conversation and states what it deliberately leaves out.
- Delete your account. Ask the coach to delete it. You see a preview of exactly what goes and what deletion cannot reach, and nothing is removed until you confirm that preview.
- Correct a number. Report the right one. The store is append-only, so a new record supersedes the old one and both stay in the history.
- Stop all access. Revoke Long Run Hybrid Coach in Intervals.icu. That ends future reads and writes; it does not by itself delete what is already held, so delete separately if that is what you want.
Your connection is the identity check, which is why these need no request and no proof of who you are.
2. Reaching a person
Email: a direct support address is not published yet. Until it is, the way to reach the developer is the public issue tracker — read the next section before you post.
This is a personal project with one maintainer. There is no guaranteed response time and none is promised here. Anything you can do yourself, above, is faster than waiting.
If you think you have found a security or privacy vulnerability, do not describe it publicly. Open an issue asking for a private channel, with no detail in it.
3. What must never go in a public issue
The issue tracker is public and permanent. It must stay usable without you disclosing anything, so do not post — and you will never be asked for:
- health, training, or plan content, including screenshots of it;
- an Intervals.icu athlete id, an owner id, an access token, or a token fingerprint;
- passwords, OAuth credentials, or API keys of any kind.
What is enough to identify your account is the opaque account reference printed in your own data export. It is safe to quote in public, cannot be turned back into an account id, and is all an operator needs to find you.
4. What support can and cannot do
- Export and deletion take effect immediately, because you perform them.
- Deletion reaches the whole account and every snapshot stored beside it, in one operation.
- Deletion does not reach workouts already written to your Intervals.icu calendar, and does not withdraw your Intervals.icu authorization. Both are yours to remove.
- There is no self-service correction and no editing of stored records by hand. A decision that can be rewritten afterwards is one nobody can audit.
- No backup-retention window is promised, because none has been measured. This product creates no routine backups.
5. If deletion was refused
Three reasons are documented, and you can clear all of them yourself:
- A delivery has not finished. Intervals.icu may hold a workout the product has not reconciled. Retry the same delivery, or check your calendar and clear the attempt, then delete.
- The account changed since the preview. You reported a lift, or a session reconciled, between preview and confirmation. Preview again.
- Your store is being moved. An operator is migrating it. Preview again when that finishes.
6. If you can no longer connect
If you revoked your Intervals.icu authorization or lost that account, the identity check went with it. There is no proof of ownership this product can evaluate — every identifier it holds is either a one-way digest or a value anyone could claim — so an account will not be deleted on an assertion. Re-authorizing at Intervals.icu even briefly restores the self-service path and resolves it properly.
7. Not medical support
Long Run Hybrid Coach is a training-planning tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor anything, and this page is not a medical channel. Pain, illness, or unusual symptoms are for a clinician, not for the coach and not for an issue.
