These terms govern use of Long Run Hybrid Coach. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. What the product is

Long Run Hybrid Coach is a training-planning tool for athletes who combine running and strength training. It maintains a current direction from available training evidence and can publish structured workouts you explicitly approve to a connected training platform.

2. Training and medical risk

This product is not medical advice. Training carries risk. You remain responsible for deciding whether a session is appropriate on the day, stopping when needed, and obtaining qualified medical or coaching advice.

3. Approval and delivery

No workout is published without your explicit confirmation of the proposal presented to you. Delivery is reported only as far as the product can observe it. Intervals.icu accepting a workout does not prove that Garmin Connect or a device received it.

4. Connected accounts

You are responsible for accounts you connect and for having the right to use the data in them. You may revoke access in the connected platform. Third-party platform terms continue to govern your relationship with those platforms.

5. Service availability

The product is provided as-is. It may change, fail, or be discontinued. No uptime, delivery-success, or continued-feature guarantee is made.

6. Acceptable use

Use the product only for your own training or for athletes who explicitly authorized you.
Do not access another person's training or wellness data without permission.
Do not present its output as medical, diagnostic, or clinical advice.
Do not use it in a way that breaches a connected platform's terms.

7. Data

How training data, authorization, AI processing, retention, and deletion are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Your training data remains yours. The source code is published under the MIT License in the project repository; the name, the logo, and this website's content are not covered by that grant.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is provided without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for injury, missed training, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the product by revoking connected-platform access. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Access to the product may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Contact

The support page says how to reach the developer and what must never be posted publicly.

Long Run Hybrid Coach is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin, Intervals.icu, Apple, or any other device or platform provider. Garmin and Intervals.icu are trademarks of their respective owners.
